Are you a woman 18-45 interested in improving your health and wellness? CORE can help you with support and guidance for a healthier future.
We've teamed up with CVS Health on a new wellness study for women. Our goal is to help improve the health of women in our community and improve future pregnancy outcomes.
By joining this program, you'll be part of research that aims to make pregnancies better for women in your area. This could help reduce problems and improve health for both moms and babies.
