Release of Information Waiver

Submitting the Release of Information form authorizes the Dean of Students Office to disclose the specific information you have designated to an outside party (such as a family member, guardian, or friend) on your behalf, without you being present. If you wish to discontinue a Release of Information currently on file, please send your request in writing to oducares@odu.edu.
