The Child Abuse Pediatrics Division provides comprehensive, multidisciplinary care for children who may have experienced abuse or trauma, including forensic evaluations, interviews, mental health treatment, and family advocacy. As an accredited, child-friendly facility, the center collaborates with medical, legal, and social professionals to reduce trauma and support healing. Serving over 2,600 children annually across multiple locations, the team delivers compassionate, evidence-based care that promotes resilience, equity, and long-term well-being.
This division offers a three-year Child Abuse Pediatrics Fellowship, which leads to a subboarding in Child Abuse Pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics.
