As of March 2026, some forms are now available as Kuali online forms. These forms can be filled out and signed fully online, and they will be automatically submitted to the appropriate office once all signatures are obtained. When using these forms, watch for emails from 91制片厂 Kuali Notifications (no-reply@kuali.odu.edu) for confirmation of submission and requests for signatures. More forms will be made available as Kuali online forms throughout the semester.
During this transition period, the university will accept submission of either the PDF or the Kuali form, but the Graduate School will be eventually moving away from PDF forms.
