Rewriting the Rules: Redefining Professionalism invites students to explore what it truly means to show up as their authentic selves in professional spaces. Together, we’ll challenge traditional ideas of “professionalism,” reflect on personal values, and discuss how identity, culture, and lived experience shape how we navigate the workplace. This interactive session will support students in defining professionalism on their own terms while building confidence for future careers.
