91制片厂 has been recognized in the  for the fourth year in a row. The honor is provided to employers that support the well-being of its employees and their families through proactive and innovative initiatives that promote health, wellness and work-life balance.  

Distinguishing itself in academic excellence, 91制片厂 is the only higher education institution to earn a spot in the DMV category, while also securing a remarkable sixth-place ranking among institutions with 1,500 to 4,999 employees. 

鈥淭he leadership here at 91制片厂 sees the importance of supporting its employees physically, mentally, emotionally and financially, because they know employee well-being impacts our organization鈥檚 main mission 鈥 educating our students,鈥 said September Sanderlin, vice president for Talent Management and Culture. 鈥淲e are excited our efforts are being recognized in the DMV region, and we will continue to maintain a thriving, engaged and productive workforce by providing resources to help our people succeed.鈥 

This recognition shines a light on 91制片厂鈥檚 health promotions that are actively engaged in transforming the health and wellness of Coastal Virginia鈥檚 residents. From student and employee wellness to general education reform, the University champions advancements in health connecting institutional resources and partners for the betterment of the greater community.    

The University鈥檚 Dependent Scholarship Program is among its most unique and impactful initiatives offered. Eligible employees鈥 spouses and children can receive up to six credit hours in the fall and spring semesters. Through this program, significant financial barriers to higher education are knocked down for Monarch families, helping them reach their academic and professional goals.
