Due to anticipated inclement weather during the week of January 26, 2026, all fully approved timesheets for the pay period January 11鈥揓anuary 24, 2026, must be submitted no later than Friday, January 23, 2026, at noon.

Please estimate your time for any remaining days in all applicable periods prior to submission to allow supervisors sufficient time to review and approve timesheets before the deadline.  Any necessary corrections may be made during the following pay period.

Submitting timesheets by the stated deadline will allow ample time for processing and help avoid any delays in payment.
