On October 15th some of you will receive an email from the American College Health Association on behalf of Recreation & Wellness asking you to complete the National College Health Assessment (NCHA). This survey will be open through December 5th and is your opportunity to inform us about health and wellness efforts at 91制片厂. Please participate, your voice matters!
 
The NCHA is a voluntary and confidential online survey. The NCHA takes approximately 20-30 minutes to complete, and asks questions regarding your health behaviors, attitudes, and experiences (covering topics from mental health, nutrition, sexual health, exercise, sleep, substance use, social media, and more).
 
The Department of Recreation & Wellness and our partners across campus devote a significant amount of energy and resources to administering the NCHA because we rely heavily on the information gathered to create and prioritize our programming on campus. This is your opportunity to share your voice and help shape health and wellness on campus!
 
All students who submit a survey will be automatically entered in a random drawing for one of fifty $50 shopping sprees at the 91制片厂 University Village Bookstore.
