This session helps faculty organize their Panopto content and track how students engage with videos. 

You will learn how to create and manage course folders, update and organize your migrated Kaltura content, and use reference copies to share content across multiple courses. 

The session also includes guidance on securely sharing video content with students and colleagues, as well as how to analyze video statistics to monitor student viewing patterns and engagement.

Objectives:

  • Effectively organize Panopto content using folders and best practices for structure and access.
  • Securely share videos using appropriate permission settings.
  • Successfully manage migrated Kaltura content and reuse videos across courses.
  • Confidently access and interpret Panopto analytics to monitor student engagement.
