The 91Ƭ Williamsburg Internal Medicine Residency Program is an ACGME-accredited, community-based residency program committed to developing compassionate, highly skilled physicians prepared for careers in primary care, hospital medicine, and subspecialty fellowship training.

Located in Williamsburg, Virginia, and affiliated with Sentara Health, our residents care for a diverse patient population while training alongside dedicated physician educators who are committed to mentorship, scholarship, patient safety, and clinical excellence.

Our program combines rigorous inpatient and ambulatory training, individualized mentorship, scholarly activity, simulation education, quality improvement, and progressive responsibility to ensure residents graduate prepared for independent practice and lifelong learning.
