Recognizing a new classified employee who has quickly made a meaningful impact and demonstrates great potential for future contributions. Cabinet members will nominate classified employees and a selection committee will select a winner. The award includes an engraved plaque presented to the winner at the Monarch Milestones event Monday, March 23, 2026.
